Run Forest Run
Last night I decided to take a run. I put on my running shoes, grabbed my iPod and was out the door. I thought I'd run a quick 4 miles... I almost died out there. It wasn't quick, I had to walk and run, this morning my legs hurt, my knee aches. The point is I did it. And tomorrow, I'll do it again, but faster.

All kidding aside, focus more on running for time not distance. In other words it is ok to run/walk when you're just starting out. Just keep your focus on moving for 30 minutes. Try alternating running for 2 minutes and walking for 30 seconds but stay out there. This is a good book. I'll bring in to NC for you.
Arrr, I'll be having a BLT, Fries and many a cold beer in N.C.
My legs are still sore! I walked 2 miles pulling the kids in a wagon last night, that helped. I think running on the beach will help too!
